Guest safety & insurance

Air-ambulance partners for rapid transfer to advanced care in Indonesia or Singapore.

Trained responders

Full medical kits on every Phinisi; key crew trained in advanced first aid and CPR.

Operational standards

Standards from flight to transfer

We apply ISO 9001 quality-management principles for consistent service and continuous improvement — principles, not a formal certification.

Our relationship with Garuda Indonesia supports reliable flights to gateways like Sorong (SOQ), and all flight logistics follow AirNav Indonesia's safety guidelines.

  • GPS tracking on every land-transfer vehicle
  • Sorong, Waisai, Labuan Bajo and Bali covered
