Day 1 in Ubud
Bali's cultural heartland
Your Ubud villa sits among rice paddies and river valleys. A local priest leads the Melukat purification at a sacred spring — about two hours of Balinese Hindu tradition.
In the evening a Balinese chef teaches you dishes such as lawar, with ingredients from the chef's own garden, before you sit down to dinner.

Finishing on the reef
Raja Ampat is home to over 1,500 fish species. Expect schooling barracuda, reef sharks and pygmy seahorses on gorgonian fans, with visibility often beyond 20 metres.
Divers can go to 30 metres; snorkellers see plenty on reefs just below the surface.
