The booking process

Six steps from first message to departure

One dedicated travel designer guides you from the first conversation to the day you fly.

  1. 1

    Step 1

    Tell us your plans

Share dates (a flexible window is fine), party size and interests. Our reservations team is on WhatsApp 24/7.

  2. 2

    Step 2

    Shape the itinerary

Your designer sends a detailed proposal. Three to five rounds of changes are normal.

  3. 3

    Step 3

    Pay the deposit

A 50% non-refundable deposit confirms your booking. Booking a year ahead? The first deposit is 30%.

  4. 4

    Step 4

    Receive confirmation

A confirmation email, then a booking summary with every reservation number and contact.

  5. 5

    Step 5

    Settle the balance

The balance is due 30 days before departure. Year-ahead bookings add 20% at 120 days, then the balance.

  6. 6

    Step 6

    Get your pre-departure pack

About 30 days out: final timings, vouchers, contacts and a packing list for your route.

Designing the trip

A proposal refined together

No pre-set packages: your designer proposes stays, experiences and transfers, then refines them with you.

A sample split: 7 nights in Raja Ampat for diving, 4 in Komodo for land and sea, 5 in Bali for culture and rest.

  • Bali: private villas and clifftop resorts
  • Komodo: a private phinisi or motor yacht
  • Raja Ampat: eco-resorts and liveaboards
  • Activities matched to your interests
